Rao and in favor Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam of Columbus in Delaware, Ohio (NDC) (Case No. 2:13-CV-00526). The order states, “It is hereby ADJUDGED, ORDERED, and DECREED that judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff, and against Defendant Rao, in the amount of Four Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand, Two Hundred Eleven and 25/100 Dollars ($463,211.25), plus attorney’s fees ($10,568.30), plus costs ($603.20), plus post-judgment interest in the amount of 3% per annum.”
In yet another triumph of justice against the defamatory, malicious and baseless false reporting about Nithyananda Gurukul by the television channel Samaya TV, the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka issued an order staying action against Nithyananda Gurukul.
On October 18, 2013, The U.S. Court of Appeal of The State of California, Fourth District (Division Two) gave its further final irrevocable decision beyond the scope of appeal (E058153) in the false case filed by Vinay K. Bharadwaj, the false victim who laid false claims of unnatural sex abuse against Sri Nithyananda Swami.
In a welcome landmark move from the media, national television news channel Aaj Tak followed by Telugu television channel aired public apology to Paramahamsa Nithyananda for having aired defamatory items featuring the morphed video.
