The Hon’ble High Court of Madras, in its order on a petition filed by Ms. Ranjitha, whose morphed photographs with Swami Nithyananda were published in certain media as a part of a bigger conspiracy by the media houses and individual criminals, ordered for further thorough investigation to be done into the conspiracy and all criminals involved in this be brought to book.
In response to the much-hyped issue of land-grabbing and encroachment alleged against Sri Nithyananda Swami, the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka while ruling on WP 53359/2014 (KLR-RES) observed that there was a real threat to the ashram from biased interests and ordered for a stay on any action including demolition of any structure in the ashram by the government.

Ohio, USA - The United States District Court Southern District Of Ohio issued a judgment against Mrs. Aarthi S. Rao and in favor Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam of Columbus in Delaware, Ohio (NDC) (Case No. 2:13-CV-00526). The order states, “It is hereby ADJUDGED, ORDERED, and DECREED that judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff, and against Defendant Rao, in the amount of Four Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand, Two Hundred Eleven and 25/100 Dollars ($463,211.25), plus attorney’s fees ($10,568.30), plus costs ($603.20), plus post-judgment interest in the amount of 3% per annum.”
In yet another triumph of justice against the defamatory, malicious and baseless false reporting about Nithyananda Gurukul by the television channel Samaya TV, the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka issued an order staying action against Nithyananda Gurukul.
On October 18, 2013, The U.S. Court of Appeal of The State of California, Fourth District (Division Two) gave its further final irrevocable decision beyond the scope of appeal (E058153) in the false case filed by Vinay K. Bharadwaj, the false victim who laid false claims of unnatural sex abuse against Sri Nithyananda Swami.
In a welcome landmark move from the media, national television news channel Aaj Tak followed by Telugu television channel aired public apology to Paramahamsa Nithyananda for having aired defamatory items featuring the morphed video.
