The Hon’ble High Court of Madras today allowed the Writ Petition filed by Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam and set aside the showcause notice issued by the Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowments Department (HR&CE) claiming that the Tiruvannamalai ashram of Sri Nithyananda Swami comes under the purview of HR&CE as it is a Hindu religious institution.
Nithyananda Vedic Temples co-hosted the Hindu Mandir Executive's Conference (HMEC) held between 17-19 August this year.
We would like to convey our heartfelt appreciation of the pragmatic decision of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Puratchi Thalaivi Dr. J. Jayalalitha Amma, to allow grants for Hindu pilgrims travelling to the sacred destinations of Kailash-Manasarovar and Muktidham.
