- As you breathe in roll your tongue like a tube
- Breath through your nose and mouth
- When you have completely finished inhaling then roll your tongue backwards to press the upper palate
- Hold as long as possible
- When you can’t hold any more, slowly breathe out through your nose
- Do this 21 times
