  1. Sit on the floor
  2. Bend the left knee and place the right knee on the left knee
  3. Rest both the feet on the floor adjacent to the hips
  4. Hold the right foot with the left hand
  5. Gaze at the tip of the nose
  6. Eemain for 30 secs

  1. Breathe out short and fast as you pull your abdomen in and up
  2. Allow the body to inhale by itself
  3. Do this for 3minutes

  1. Breathe in with short inhalation with one nostril

TECHNIQUE

  1. As you breathe in roll your tongue like a tube
  2. Breath  through your nose and mouth
  3. When you have completely finished inhaling then roll your tongue backwards to press the upper palate
  4. Hold as long as possible
  5. When you can’t hold any more, slowly breathe out through your nose
  6. Do this 21 times
