  1. Inhale through the left nostril
  2. Retain the breath inside as long as you can and exhale through the right nostril

  1. Stop inahling and exhaling
  2. Hold the breath as such
  3. Mentally retain the breath in navel
  4. As you are holding bring your awareness to the parts of the body where you feel you have stress
  5. When you can not hold any more relax
  6. Do this 21 times
