  2. Hold the hands from the back
  3. Bend down to touch the nose on the ground
  4. Gaze at the tip of the nose
  5. Remain in this pose 30 seconds

  1. Inhale rapidly with the sound of a black bee
  2. Hold 
  3. Exhale slowly with the sound of a black bee
  4. Do this for 21 minutes (you have to take something to eat within 10-15 minutes after doing this kumbhaka)
