Paramahamsa Nithyananda gives keynote address at the 41st International Vegetarian Union World Vegfest and 6th Asian Vegetarian Congress

‘What you eat is what you are!’

The 41st IVU World Vegfest, 6th Asian Vegetarian Congress was inaugurated in Malaysia on 5 October 2013 with living incarnation His Holiness  Paramahamsa Nithyananda as the key speaker expounding on ‘Awakening the Biomemory through Right Eating’.

The World Vegfest was attended by guests of honor from the International Vegetarian Union, Asian Vegetarian Union and Malaysian Vegetarian Society, including the Chairman of International Vegetarian Union(IVU), Marly Winckler; President of Asian Vegetarian Union, Professor Duo Li; Chairman of Malaysian Vegetarian Society, Dr P Vythilingam; Secretary of Malaysian Vegetarian Society,Mr Krishna, among others.

Paramahamsa Nithyananda spoke in depth about the fundamental importance of vegetarianism and how human beings are designed by nature to be vegetarians. He explained how one should never kill or eat any life-form that feels emotions in the same frequency as human frequency, like animals.

Paramahamsa Nithyananda explained the importance of eating the right food in awakening one’s biomemory and kundalini energy.

He also elaborated on three kinds of defects that can exist in food - jaati dosha, which is the defect present in food that has been made by depriving somebody, as the case of non-vegetarian food where the animal is killed; nimitta dosha, which is the defect based on how the food is made; aashraya dosha,  which is the defect based on who handles the food; non-vegetarian food is usually handled by the person who murders the animal.

Paramahamsa Nithyananda went on to explain how what we eat defines what we are. He elaborated on how, when an animal is killed for food, the pain, anger, fear and deep sense of incompletion that it goes through at the moment of its death gets deeply imprinted in its bio-memory. When you eat the flesh of that animal, these emotions enter your system. With a vegetarian diet, your agitation and aggression reduces, and your thinking becomes more subtle, because the subtle grooves of the brain get awakened. Emotions are the source of our bio-energy, and whatever is one’s bio-energy forms the basis of our thinking. Unfortunately, we also pass on our bio-energy and bio-memory to our future children, and trap them in the same pain, fear and suffering.

Paramahamsa Nithyananda then went on to explain how vegetarianism awakens in us the higher intelligence of producing energy from air, a process that is similar to photosynthesis in plants. This science, known as nirahara samyama (living without the need for food)has been demonstrated successfully in thousands of disciples of Paramahamsa Nithyananda who have been initiated into this process which helps them go beyond the need for food. These niraharis are living testimonies to the possibility and benefits of going beyond food.

Research studies have shown stable and healthy weight loss and reduced cholesterol in 90% of the participants in this unique process. 92% of the participants also showed an increase in vitamin B12 levels, 70%  recorded an increase in haemoglobin levels and 85%  showed a decrease in urea. Significantly,  100% of the participants showed an increase in vitamin D ,which indicates that a process similar to photosynthesis is now taking place in these participants. The study also revealed medical miracles like rapid recovery from life-threatening illnesses like cardio-vascular disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, chronic fatigue, low thyroid and depression.

Paramahamsa Nithyananda concluded his talk with a clarion call to make the shift to vegetarianism as a way of life.
