I Want a CBI Investigation Into My Case!

Paramahamsa Nithyananda today blew the lid off the additional chargesheet filed against him by the Karnataka CID in March 2012, revealing a series of falsifications and inconsistencies in it that thoroughly discredit the incriminating document. ‘Since the CID is continuously bringing false information and false witnesses to the Court, I may be forced to go for a CBI investigation into the matter’, revealed Nithyananda.

NITHYANANDA AMONG SPIRITUAL GIANTS OF 2012
At the start, Nithyananda shared that he has been named among the planet’s 100 most spiritually influential people  of 2012 by  top ranked spiritual magazine ‘Body Mind Spirit’ published by Watkins, London’s legendary publishing house. He is the second youngest in the privileged group, which includes 9 Indian spiritual gurus.

CHARGESHEET:  COMPLAINT BY ALLEGED CHILD MOLESTER!

Nithyananda then revealed the shocking fact that the additional chargesheet was based on a sexual harassment complaint made against him by an individual who himself is facing charges of child molestation! The complainant, Vinay Bharadwaj, a resident of the USA, is currently facing trial in Seattle, USA for multiple counts of child molestation.

In his complaint against Nithyananda, Bharadwaj had said that the former had ‘brainwashed’ him into a homosexual relationship. Significantly, although Nithyananda was arrested in April 2010, Bharadwaj came out with his ‘complaint’ only AFTER the child molestation case was filed against him. Using the Nithyananda case as a clever excuse to escape conviction, Bharadwaj claimed that it was Nithyananda who had set up the child-victim’s parents against him, because he had complained about Nithyananda’s homosexual advances. It must be noted here that Bharadwaj is a 36-year-old successful techie and a graduate from IIT and USA’s top-ranked Rice University - hardly an individual who can be ‘brainwashed’ into a homosexual relationship for more than four years!

While taking cognizance of the Skype statement of an alleged child-molester, the chargesheet had conveniently omitted the statements of 15 other witnesses who revealed telling details against Bharadwaj and other conspirators, including medical reports and blood exams.

“Am I a toy, that anyone can throw me into jail and out of jail as they please?” asked Nithyananda, reiterating the fact that he had been arrested and illegally imprisoned without even a victim.

LENIN ARRESTED, STOPS DENYING CRIME
Moving on to the Lenin arrest, Nithyananda noted that Lenin has been arrested by the Chennai police on charges of extortion, blackmailing and criminal conspiracy in the case filed by Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam administrator Sri Nithya Atmaprabhananda in Chennai. His bail petition has been dismissed by the Saidapet Magistrate court in Chennai and he is currently remanded to judicial custody in Chennai’s Puzhal Prison. Nithya Atmaprabhananda, who had been held hostage by the blackmailers and abused verbally and physically, gave his statement before the press.
Nithyananda observed that after repeating for two years that it was Nithyananda who was trying to bribe him to keep silent, Lenin has finally confessed his own extortion crimes, in the wake of the confessions made by his fellow conspirators Prasanna, and Saxena (ex-COO of Sun TV) and his right-hand Ayyappan.
 
4 USA FORENSIC LABS RIP APART FSL REPORT OF MORPHED VIDEO
Paramahamsa Nithyananda released the reports of four top forensic labs in the USA which tested the infamous morphed video fabricated and distributed to the media  by Lenin in March 2010. All four tests had been conducted independently using international standards, technology and professional expertise compatible with those used by FBI. Quoting over 60 proofs, these reports have conclusively declared the incriminating video to be fake. The reports also revealed that both the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) report submitted by the Karnataka CID as part of the chargesheet were highly untenable as they completely lacked scientific data, and established no basis for even their positive identification of the persons in the video.(Link to these reports is given below)
 
INJUNCTION AGAINST 9 MEDIA HOUSES FOR ANTI-NITHYANANDA PROGRAMMES
Nithyananda also revealed that on 2^nd April 2012, a Bangalore City Civil Court passed an interim injunction order against 9 Bangalore Television news channels, restraining them telecasting defamatory programs against Nithyananda.
The multiple injunctions come in the wake of complaints registered by Paramahamsa Nithyananda against these channels for continuously and deliberately relaying programs defaming and ridiculing Nithyananda and his international socio-spiritual organization, hurting the religious sentiments of over 10 million of his followers worldwide.
Nithyananda also mentioned since he and his organization had suffered irreparable damage at the hands of the sensationalist media, and he was forced to take legal steps for his own protection. He said that he was considering filing a writ petition to the High Court, requesting that the Court either stop the media from presenting one-sided reports, or allow him also to release all the evidence from his side, or let the CBI investigate the truth of the matter.
Paramahamsa Nithyananda closed the press meet with a request to all socially responsible media to stand by the truth, while calling for justice for his sannyasis and his organization who have been battling constant and unwarranted religious persecution for over two years now.
