$5 Million judgment against Samaya TV by USA Court for defamation of Swami Nithyananda

On December 8, 2017, the Kannada news television channel Samaya TV, chief reporter Ranganath Bharadwaj and Kalavathi Bharadwaj were found guilty of defamation  and civil conspiracy by USA Court. The USA Court fined Samaya TV, chief reporter Ranganath Bharadwaj and Kalavathi Bharadwaj with a $5 Million judgement for broadcasting false news about H.H. Paramahamsa Nithyananda and his USA mission. The fabricated “news” coverage was contempt of Court and an attempt to spread lies and false propaganda around the criminal conviction of  child rapist Vinay K. Bharadwaj - declaring that  Vinay Bharadwaj  was “innocent” when the USA Court after a full trial had convicted child rapist Vinay Bharadwaj on multiple counts of serious chiold abuse and sentenced him to 4.75 years of prison sentence.

These statements on the public news television channel that were made and telecast internationally was a serious contempt of Court and false, defamatory, maliciously motivated, libelous and slanderous against Swami Nithyananda.

The USA Court took strict notice and action against this highly contemptuous action of Samaya TV and the program host Ranganath Bharadwaj and participant Kalavathi Bharadwaj.

The case of  Life Bliss Foundation v Samaya TV, RSM Broadcasters Private Limited, Ranganath Bharadwaj and AV Kalavathi Bharadwaj (Case No: CIVRS 1410615 filed in the Superior Court of California, County of San Bernardino) was filed after the ad nauseam broadcasts of this highly defamatory and malicious false news in January 2014.

Vinay K. Bharadwaj  after serving his prison sentence as a convicted child rapist has since been deported from USA to India by the USA Court for his shockingly deplorable acts against a minor and is currently absconding from another $500,000+ judgment in India  ruled by the USA Court and upheld by the Hon'ble Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge & CJM at Mysuru on October 16, 2017.

Vinay K. Bharadwaj is one of the main conspirators in the case of extortion, blackmailing, cheating and conspiracy which is undergoing trial in the XI Metropolitan Court, Saidapet Chennai.  Vinay K. Bharadwaj is also the witness in the false case filed by conspirator Lenin Karuppan in 2010 against Swami Nithyananda. On December 7, 2017, the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India also gave a landmark judgment coming down heavily on the deliberate suppression of critical evidence against the conspirators Lenin Karuppan, the false rape victim and false witness Vinay Bharadwaj and in favor of HH Paramahamsa Nithyananda.
