Washington (October 17, 2014) The Honorable Court of the Superior Court of Washington ordered that Mr. Vinay Bharadwaj personally appear or be brought by the Washington prison for a court ordered examination under oath in relation to the false case filed by Mr. Vinay Bharadwaj against Sri Nithyananda Swami and several U.S. non-profits that has been dismissed beyond appeal.

This order comes on the heels of Mr. Bharadwaj’s willful disregard for the court’s previous order regarding the same. The court cautioned Bharadwaj,

“IF YOU FAIL TO APPEAR IN PERSON AND DEFEND AT THESE PROCEEDINGS, THE COURT MAY GRANT ALL OF THE RELIEF REQUESTED AND/OR ISSUE A BENCH WARRANT FOR YOUR ARREST WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE TO YOU.”

Mr. Vinay Bharadwaj is already serving a jail sentence of 4 years 9 months for multiple counts of child rape in the case No.10-1-10009-8 SEA adjudicated by the Superior Court of Washington, USA.
