In yet another triumph of justice against the defamatory, malicious and baseless false reporting about Nithyananda Gurukul by the television channel Samaya TV, the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka issued an order staying action against Nithyananda Gurukul.
Nithyananda Gurukul was recently faced with harassment where some alleged 'officials' tried to force themselves into the Gurukul premises as 'Child Protection Officers'. The Gurukul has sent legal notices from the administration and the parents of the children have also sent legal notices about this. A communication of the same has also been sent to the Home Minister, Karnataka, with copies to the Chief Minister, .
A strong legal notice was issued severally by Nithyananda Gurukul and the parents of the students for a highly defamatory program telecast by the television news channel Times Now. The program cast aspersions and false and baseless allegations on the operations of the gurukul and its spiritual founder Paramahamsa Nithyananda.
